At True Body Fitness, we focus on training women during the different stages of life. There is no “one size fits all” option. Because each client is different, so is each workout even during fitness training classes. We modify and challenge as needed so all clients are successful at reaching their goals. The FitRanx Program meshes nicely with our clients’ goals. Our clients come to us not just to lose weight, but to change their physiques and become stronger both in body and mind.
