Route 20 Fitness is a fitness and fat loss workout program that includes resistance training, cardio endurance, motivation and accountability. We designed our program to get you the body that you want as quickly and safely as possible, all in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting. Everyone of every fitness level is welcome at Route 20 Fitness and our Boot Camp workouts can be tailored to any individuals specific needs while still having the support network and fun atmosphere of a group setting. Best of all, our group setting keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging.
