Small group workouts with Everchange Fitness are designed to help people work through our Four Foundations of Fitness. Our mission is to provide a fun and encouraging environment to get you feeling stronger, more energetic, and less likely to be taken out by illness or injury. Work through the foundations into a program that keeps you regularly developing movement, flexibility, food habits, and more.
Everchange Fitness was born of a dream to help everyday people realise they didn’t have to live with bodily discomfort and feelings of being clumsy, uncoordinated, even unhealthy. Having experienced this firsthand, Jeri became a trainer to personally guide people through improving their daily lives.
In April 2016, Everchange Fitness expanded to its own small group fitness studio, designed to get you out of your head and into your body.
