What is Empower Fitness Training?
Empower Fitness Training is personal training in my semi-private studio or in the comfort of your home fitness training. By me Andy Salazar Certified Personal Trainer through Guaranteed Fit, NASM Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, and I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA. My services include one on one and small group personal training, nutritional analyses, and body fat measurements.

I was born on June 7, 1977 in Tulare, CA. I have lived in Tulare for 26 years. I graduated from Tulare Western High School in 1995, In high school I competed in basketball and baseball all four years. After high school I went on to play college baseball at College of the Sequoias in 1996-1997 we won our conference, and in 1997 went to the Junior College World Series. From College of the Sequoias I received an athletic scholarship to an NAIA division 1 college, The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA. In 2000 we made it to the NAIA World Series, the first time in the schools history. During my years of competitive athletics, I learned the importance of proper strength training, flexibility, and nutrition.
After college I started working on my teaching credential and thought I was going to be a teacher and coach. I started personal training and realized my passion was in teaching and inspiring others to reach and achieve higher levels of health and fitness. I am passionate about helping people get in better shape, reach their fitness goals, and live a healthier lifestyle.
