Alfonso, has been apart of the CNUFit Family for a little over 6 months and participates in total fitness, doing both Metabolic Coaching and Personal Training. He dominated every obstacle put in his way. Although an exercise may be challenging, he still find the willpower to keep going without any complaints. Alfonso is just so positive!
