First Let’s Take A Look At How The Level Tests Are Designed…
FitRanX Has A Men’s and Women’s Version…Plus 3 Different Age Brackets.
This program is built for EVERYONE. No matter if you are a man or a women, high level athlete or a beginner, we have you covered. All the movements are the same on each Level Test but the weight and time duration is scientifically adjusted for each gender as well as the 3 different age brackets (age 16-35, age 36-55, age 56+).
As you pass through the FitRanX system, you wear the Dog Tag color of your corresponding fitness level whenever you are at the gym or out in town.

Progressions Are Everything…Not only do the Level Tests make you a well rounded athlete, there is a scientific progression for each of the 5 basic movement pattern (Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Core) on each Test. Below you can see an example of the PULL progression from Level 2 through Level 4.
Backed By Even More Science!
FitRanX Has Weight Classes…There are 9 different Weight Classes you will fall into. We use these weight classes to calculate out the amount of weight you will be lifting on the Level Tests. This way the Tests are completely uniform and standard for a female that weighs 100 lbs to a male that weighs 250 lbs. You can see how our chart works below and an example of the Goblet Squat for age bracket 1.
Our Workout Sessions
We have found the perfect balance of SCIENCE based workouts that will get you RESULTS fast, keep you ENTERTAINED, and make sure you stay MOTIVATED.
These sessions are based around basic conditioning movements. Each session includes 4 metabolic movements and 2 core movements. You will not see any movements from the Level Tests on these days.
LEVEL UP Conditioning Sessions
These sessions are based on the conditioning movements from the Level Tests. You will be working on the conditioning movements for the Level you are working towards.
LEVEL UP Strength Sessions
These sessions are based on the strength movements from the Level Tests. You will be working on the strength movements for the Level you are working towards.
These sessions are designed to teach you how to better use kettlebells in a more instructional setting, but still providing a great workout. You will be working on single kettlebell movements as well as kettlebell complexes and ladder drills.
These sessions are based around AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) and EMOM (Every minute on the minute) style workouts. These workouts provide a fun but effective way for you to get a great workout in.
These sessions are all about building squad camaraderie. These workouts have you working together with a partner or with a team to finish the task at hand.

Fitness Tests is one thing, but what happens in-between training for tests? We keep you motivated by giving you monthly challenges to accomplish that will keep you motivated and focused on your goals.

- Obstacle Conqueror – Do 4 obstacle course races
- 10,000 Burpee Club – Complete 10,000 burpees
- Cliff Hanger – Complete 500 pull ups
- Mean Green – Eat 90 servings of greens in 30 days
- Nirvana – Complete 10 min of meditation for 60 days
- 100 Workouts – Complete 100 workouts
- Swinger – Complete 2500 kettlebell swings
- Rock Solid – Complete a 5 min plank
