The Boot Camp Girl program provides support, accountability and challenge to those who want to improve their health and fitness. We offer group training and individual training.
We care about the best interest of our clients and work toward helping them to reach their ideal health.
We offer individual support to our group training clients as well. This includes: weekly weigh-ins, measurements and body analysis, nutritional support, meal plans, events and programs.
Many of our clients have increased their fitness drastically through the Fitranx testing.
