Heather Binns is a nationally-acclaimed fitness expert, wellness educator, certified personal trainer, Spartan SGX coach, sponsored athlete and best-selling author. Heather later obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Advertising at Chapman University, also in Southern California.
